Interview Preference
Because I stay active professionally and travel frequently, I generally prefer to begin with a video interview or phone conversation before coordinating any in-person meeting.
This helps both sides quickly determine whether the opportunity, company culture, expectations, and work style are a strong fit. It also gives me a chance to better understand how flexible, remote-friendly, or hybrid-friendly the company may be.
For the right opportunity, I am open to discussing next steps, including in-person meetings when appropriate.
